How do I get selected for a project?
After signing up, you will go through a vetting process that includes technical assessments and interviews. Based on your skills and experience, we will match you with a project that fits your expertise.
Do I need to work full-time or can I take part-time contracts?
We offer both full-time and part-time contracts. You can choose to work on projects that fit your schedule and preferences, whether it’s a few hours a week or a full-time commitment and accordingly the billing rate will be determined.
How are payments handled?
Payments are made based on the contract terms (hourly, monthly, or per project) and upon submission of timesheet and approved by our clients. We ensure timely payments through our platform, and you can track your earnings and contracts online.
What tools do I need to work remotely?
To work efficiently, you will need a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and any necessary software tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Slack). Specific project requirements will be communicated by the employer. Based on our client requirement, productivity will be monitored using appropriate monitoring tools.
Do I need to be in a specific location to get hired?
No, you can work from anywhere as long as you meet the technical requirements and have a stable internet connection and uninterrupted power supply. Our global projects allow you to work remotely from any country.
Will I receive support during the onboarding process?

How long do contracts last?

Who owns the intellectual property (IP) for the work I create?
